I want you to feel good about your purchase. If Undeniable isn't the right fit, you can request a full refund within 30 days of buying. No long forms. No hoops.

How to request a refund:

  1. Email me at creoleladytee@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase.
  2. Include the email address you used to buy and the service you purchased.
  3. That's it. I'll confirm and process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days to show up.

A few things to know: refunds go back to your original payment method. Requests after 30 days aren't eligible. Since I don't save anything you type, I can't recover files you didn't download, so please download everything before you close your results page.

Undeniable gives you tools, guidance, and AI-written drafts. It can't guarantee interviews or job offers, and a refund is not tied to hiring results.
