It started with my brother.
I watched someone I love send out application after application and hear nothing back. He was talented, hardworking, and more than qualified. But on paper, none of that was coming through. So I did what I always do when someone I care about is struggling. I rolled up my sleeves.
I spent late nights figuring out what actually works. I tested, trained, and refined a system with AI, one story and one resume at a time, until his experience finally sounded like him.
Then I needed it myself.
I was burned out in a workplace that had stopped being good for me, and I knew I had to get out. So I used the same system on my own resume and LinkedIn. And here's the part that still amazes me: my brother and I were both contacted by recruiters on LinkedIn for the jobs we have now. We didn't even apply. They found us.
I firmly believe the right framing and positioning will make LinkedIn work for you.
After that, I tested it with the people closest to me. One was a friend and former coworker who had been laid off during a restructuring. Within two months, he had several interviews and a job offer.
That's when I knew this wasn't luck. It was the method: your real stories, told well, in your own voice, put where the right people can find them.
I'm not a big company. I'm someone who has seen what this can do for the people I love, and I want it to do the same for you.
I just want to help.

Want a real person to look it over?
Some people like to do this on their own. Others want a second set of eyes. I'm considering offering one-on-one consultations if there's interest. If that sounds helpful, send me a quick note and tell me what you'd want help with. There's no commitment, and I'll read every message.
